Senior Reps - 2011

Thank you for your interest in being a part of Melissa LeAnn Photography's Reps for 2011! Here, you will find about my new Rep program, where I will explain my exciting, money-saving Senior Rep program!

What is a Senior Rep?

Senior Representatives (Reps) are H.S. students from local schools that are chosen to promote Melissa LeAnn Photography. In turn, Reps receive complimentary products & services along with the ability to earn Rep Cash to use towards their pictures!

What type of person are we looking for to Represent us?

Melissa LeAnn Photography is looking for Reps who are excited about having their pictures taken, and who are outgoing, social, and professional about contacting classmates to promote Melissa!

What do Senior Reps do?

Senior Reps will promote my photography business by spreading the word about services, and recruiting fellow classmates to book with Melissa LeAnn Photography. This can be done many ways: by word of mouth, facebook, twitter; showing your pictures to your classmates; handing out your personalized Rep card and any other creative ways you can think of (enlist your parents, too, and let them help you earn incentives, listed below)! There is a fun competition between Senior Reps for an Exclusive Bonus Incentive (listed below) in the Spring of 2011!

What will I get for my efforts?

1. An initial Mini-session in the Fall ’10 to get images for your personalized “Rep Cards” which you can start handing out to prospective clients. Mini session must be completed by 11/30/10.

2. Rep Cards to distribute to classmates and school bulletin boards to promote Melissa LeAnn Photography.

3. A full, 2- 3 hour Senior Portrait Session with Melissa LeAnn Photography in Fall '10 or Spring '11.

4. 5 digital, logo-marked images sized for Facebook/MySpace, etc. These are for you to use to help get others to book their session with Melissa, so please don’t remove the logo on these images ~ thanks!

5. Earn $20 in “Rep Cash” every time someone you referred completes their session with Melissa.

6. A chance to WIN the contest between Senior Reps to get the Exclusive BONUS Incentive in the Spring of ’11!

What is the Exclusive Bonus Incentive?

The Senior Rep who send the most referrals who have completed a session by March 31, 2011 will win:

a.) Photo Session for you and up to 3 other friends!

or

b.) Pre Prom pictures for you and your date and 2 other couples.

What is “Rep Cash?”

For each Senior you refer that leads to their completed session, you will receive $20 in “Rep Cash Credit” which will be credited to your account with Melissa LeAnn Photography. “Rep Cash” credit may be redeemed for products at my website. You can use “Rep Cash” as soon as you earn it (like to get more wallets or whatever you want) or you may choose to save up your “Rep Cash” and use it toward one of my packages, etc. The more Seniors who complete a session using your name as the reference = more “Rep Cash” it’s easy! You can accumulate “Rep Cash” through the end of March 2011.

Terms and Conditions:

• Rep Cards are for handing out to prospective clients interested in booking their Senior session with Melissa LeAnn Photography and so they aren’t meant to hand out to someone who is already working with another photographer. Save the cards for people really interested in booking with Melissa.

• Parents must be fully aware of your activity with this endeavor. They will be asked to sign requested forms for your participation.

• You understand that Melissa LeAnn Photography has the ultimate right to protect the image and integrity of her business and therefore may terminate your participation on the Rep Team at any point and without notice.

•You must recruit at least 2 seniors to book their senior session.

• You understand that the photo session is free. Your images will be on my website with your own private password. From there you may order prints and other products. The "Rep Cash" you receive will be used towards products on that page.
